It is important to have an independent lawyer or gestor advising you when selling or buying a property in Spain. Why don’t we do conveyancing? We take our responsibility to look out for the well-being of our clients very seriously. However, we are estate agents, we are salespeople, and our job is to sell. It would not be appropriate for us to also handle the legal side of things.
